Returns

Damage or faulty stock-I do not refund, however I offer the best quality I can for handmade Items and will fix any item that is damaged by post, free of charge the only fee i ask is for postage one way, I'll pay return.
Please do not wear any Items in WATER.
Please note that some pieces may tarnish due to the natural oils in skin\makeup or sunscreen.

Mending pieces (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your mended item.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or can not be mended. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cheekyjewellery27@live.com.au

Items returned for whatever reason must have a tracking number to ensure arrival.
